Rebirthing Retreats


The A.I.R. Rebirthing Retreat is available to those of you who wish to take time out from your busy lives to relax and reflect. As a Retreat participant you will also have the opportunity to attend the daily Rebirthing session for your own  'inner exploration' using your breath. 


As a Retreat participant, you are free to organize your time as you wish, and there are sessions you are are welcome to attend each day, including some Rebirthing sessions. The price for this option is £300.

Our venues are always located in an area of outstanding beauty and you will have a wide range of interesting places to go and visit, or you may chose to simply relax in the beautiful surroundings.
The A.I.R. Retreat does not require any previous experience of Rebirthing.
